What is Dyneema®, and why is it used in Fron 2.0?

Dyneema® is a cutting-edge fiber that is 15 times stronger than steel by weight, yet extremely light and flexible. In the Fron 2.0, it is used in the upper and ankle-wrap gaiter, making the shoe highly resistant to abrasion, cuts, and harsh terrain. The Dyneema® gaiter also seals out water and debris, improving both protection and long-term durability—while keeping weight low.
