Other shipping costs depend on the product purchased and delivery country. This is automatically calculated in the checkout.
We will send your package within the next working day. After that, DHL Express' current delivery time for packages will normally be 1-4 days depending on delivery location.
We reserve the right that goods may be out of stock or subject to price changes, incorrect price information and other possible errors in the information in our ads and on www.alfaoutdoor.com. If it turns out that an item you ordered from us has the wrong price or description, contact us by e-mail webshop@alfaoutdoor.com

Uncollected goods
Please note that you as a customer must bear the costs of returning uncollected packages.
How long will it take to get my order?
We will process your order within 1-3 business days. Please account for additional delivery times (above).
Please note that some items may be temporarily out of stock and therefore delivery times may be delayed. Alfa Sko AS reserves the right to cancel all or part of your order in the case of sold out products. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We can't guarantee cancellation or change of order due to short processing time. Send us a request.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. All international parcels are shipped with a tracking number, stated on the invoice you recieve once the parcel is shipped from our warehouse.
This number is traceable on www.dhl.com
Do I have to pay any extra duties and taxes to receive my package?
No hidden fees. VAT is included in the price you see on the product page, and for international orders shipped with DHL Express, free over $50/€50/£50, we pay the import duties and local taxes (Delivered Duty Paid). You shouldn’t be charged anything on delivery.
Good to know:
Some countries may ask you to provide an ID/Tax number for customs clearance; this doesn’t add fees.
Customs checks can occasionally delay delivery; we’ll help if anything’s needed.
